  PCI DSS requires the formal updating of the questionnaire (SAQ) by means of a mandatory self-assessment every twelve months.
• PCI DSS ASV Scan
  Using an ASV Scan, the service provider’s systems were checked for vulnerabilities in accordance with PCI DSS guidelines. This examination must be completed every 90 days.
